These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the betbk platform and all services offered at betbk.org. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing betbk, you accept these terms in full.
IMPORTANT: This is a legally binding Agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betbk ("betbk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at betbk.org. betbk operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the betbk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the betbk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the betbk platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betbk platform and close your Account.
2.2 Your continued use of the betbk platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. betbk will provide notice of material amendments in accordance with Section 15.
2.3 These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and betbk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
2.4 betbk reserves the right to require you to re-accept these Terms at any time, particularly following a material amendment. Access to the platform may be suspended until re-acceptance is confirmed.
Summary: Using betbk means you've agreed to these rules. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. It's that straightforward.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the betbk platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and strictly enforced by betbk. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. betbk's Services are intended for use by players located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where access to the betbk platform is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the betbk platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. betbk makes no representation that its Services are lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Prohibited Players. The following persons are not eligible to hold a betbk Account and are strictly prohibited from using the platform:
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) betbk Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
Age Enforcement: betbk actively monitors account activity for indicators of underage use. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited. betbk cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation of underage gambling incidents.
4.1 Registration Requirement. You must create and maintain a valid betbk Account to access real-money Services. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered in the Philippines.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point during your Account tenure is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), betbk requires all Account holders to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC documentation may include:
4.4 Verification Timeline. KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours. betbk reserves the right to extend this timeline for complex verification cases. Withdrawals remain suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed.
4.5 Right to Request Additional Documentation. betbk reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation at any time during the Account relationship, including in connection with large withdrawals, suspicious activity, or periodic compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbk login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. betbk staff will never request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from betbk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betbk support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify betbk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Until such notification is received, betbk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account use.
5.4 betbk employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform pages, including login and account management sections. betbk's security systems monitor login activity for anomalous patterns and may require additional verification for logins from unrecognized devices or locations.
5.5 betbk's Account session automatically expires after thirty (30) minutes of inactivity as a security precaution. You are responsible for logging out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
6.1 Accepted Methods. betbk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). betbk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to activate an Account for real-money wagering is PHP ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. betbk reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
6.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Account balance instantly upon confirmation of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) via InstaPay or PesoNet are typically credited within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes, subject to interbank processing times. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are typically credited within one (1) hour.
6.4 Your Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will result in withholding of the deposited funds pending investigation.
6.5 Failed Transactions. betbk is not responsible for failed deposits arising from issues with your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your betbk Balance, contact betbk support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
6.6 Charges. betbk does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which betbk accepts no responsibility.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) made at least one qualifying deposit, and (c) have a positive real-money Balance available for withdrawal after accounting for any applicable wagering requirements.
7.2 Accepted Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be requested to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts. The withdrawal method must match the primary deposit method used on the Account. betbk reserves the right to require withdrawals to be returned via the same payment channel as the corresponding deposit.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) to sixty (60) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours. Processing may be delayed during high-volume periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.
7.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. These limits are displayed in the Account withdrawal section and may vary by Account verification level and payment method. betbk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that approach or exceed AML reporting thresholds under Philippine law.
7.6 Right to Withhold. betbk reserves the right to withhold or delay processing of any withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) betbk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the Account; or (d) PAGCOR or law enforcement requires the funds to be held.
7.7 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of PHP ₱50 per month may be deducted from the dormant Account Balance after betbk has made reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder. Accounts with zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
8.1 betbk may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
8.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. betbk reserves the right to withhold or reverse Bonus Funds where a Player is found to have exploited promotional offers, used multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or engaged in bonus abuse strategies.
8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. betbk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. For promotions already claimed and in progress, betbk will provide reasonable notice before making material changes to the applicable terms.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. betbk employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and fraudulent wagering patterns. Where bonus abuse is detected, betbk reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the Account.
9.1 General Betting Rules. All Wagers placed on betbk are subject to the specific rules of the relevant Game, as displayed within the game interface or game help section. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable Game rules.
9.2 Finality of Wagers. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the betbk platform, it is final and binding, except in cases where betbk determines that the Wager was accepted due to a manifest error (see Section 9.4).
9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each Game has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. betbk reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. VIP and high-stakes Players may have access to enhanced limits subject to Account verification and betbk's approval.
9.4 Manifest Errors. betbk reserves the right to void any Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance where a Game or odds have been offered as a result of an obvious error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, a data feed error, a software bug, or human error. Winnings paid in respect of Wagers accepted under manifest error conditions may be reclaimed from the Player's Balance.
9.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during a live Game session, betbk's systems will resolve the Game based on the server-side state at the time of disconnection. betbk does not void Wagers due to player-side connectivity issues. Players are responsible for maintaining stable internet connections during active gaming sessions.
9.6 Sports Betting Specific Rules. For sportsbook Wagers, betbk applies standard sports betting rules covering match cancellations, postponements, result reversals, and incomplete events. These rules are available in the betbk Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Where a specific event rule is not addressed, betbk's determination shall be final.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, betbk reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void all pending Wagers, withhold or forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation, and report the conduct to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.
11.1 betbk is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behavior. betbk's full Responsible Gaming Policy is published at betbk.org/responsible-gaming and forms part of this Agreement.
11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders via the Account settings panel:
11.3 Limit Reduction vs Increase. Requests to reduce any responsible gaming limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before implementation.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who choose to self-exclude from betbk will have their Account suspended for the elected period. During a self-exclusion period, betbk will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from creating a new Account. Any Account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any Balance returned. betbk participates in the PAGCOR self-exclusion registry.
11.5 21+ Requirement. As stated in Section 3, the betbk platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. betbk supports the PAGCOR 21+ campaign and actively enforces age restrictions on all products and marketing materials.

12.1 All content, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, game titles, graphics, audio, and functionality available on the betbk platform are the intellectual property of betbk or its licensed third-party providers and are protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 betbk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the betbk platform.
12.3 The betbk name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of betbk. You may not use these marks without betbk's prior written consent.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betbk's total liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the betbk platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their betbk Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
13.2 betbk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming sessions, even if betbk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 betbk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betbk is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages including payment processor outages.
13.4 betbk is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or from events outside betbk's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
14.1 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your betbk Account at any time by contacting betbk support. Upon receipt of a closure request, betbk will process any outstanding withdrawal of your available Balance to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the conditions in Section 7.
14.2 Termination by betbk. betbk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) betbk is required to do so by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive; (c) betbk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) betbk discontinues any part of its Services.
14.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, betbk reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance, void pending Wagers, and withhold Bonus Funds. The nature and extent of such forfeiture will be proportionate to the severity of the breach and betbk's assessed losses or potential losses.
14.4 Survival. Sections 10, 12, 13, 16, and 17 of these Terms shall survive the termination of any Account and continue in full force and effect.
15.1 betbk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, platform features, or betbk's operational practices.
15.2 betbk will provide reasonable notice of material amendments by publishing the updated Terms on the betbk.org website with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where feasible, by sending notification to your registered email address. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting changes) may be made without notice.
15.3 Your continued use of the betbk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.3 Nothing in this Section shall limit betbk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the enforcement of its intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
17.1 Customer Support. For general Account inquiries, technical issues, or questions about these Terms, contact betbk customer support via live chat on the platform or by email at [email protected]. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
17.2 Formal Complaints. If your matter is not resolved through standard customer support, you may escalate it as a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the issue, relevant dates, transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. betbk will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
17.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through betbk's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as betbk's regulatory authority. PAGCOR provides a player complaint resolution process for disputes with licensed operators. Information on PAGCOR's complaint procedures is available through official PAGCOR channels.
17.4 No Class Actions. You agree to resolve any dispute with betbk on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against betbk.
